Some of China's culinary treats . . . Subway (Eat Fresh!!); Italian Pizza (the owner, who spoke Italian, was yelling at his waiters, all Chinese, in English -- go figure!); and, good old chicken head at a Thai restaurant. Clare gave us a first hand lesson in how to use chopsticks tonight. We can hardly wait to take her to Pei Wei when we get home.

I could have lived without seeing that chicken head!!! I'm glad you didn't eat it! :)
Congratulations! Clare is beautiful and I am so happy for your family. We met you this summer at the GWCA picnic and will look forward to meeting Clare. Enjoy China!
