Looks like some of the people in the park are doing Qigong, a wonderful way of exercise from China. We have Qigong at 8 AM, Monday, Wednesday & Friday at the activity center with talented leaders and a lot of people
go and enjoy it and I am just getting in to it and when you come to see me we will go to Qigong if you want to try it.
